1. Eligibility & Age Restriction

By using this Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. The Service is strictly not directed to or intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age. IF YOU ARE UNDER THE AGE OF EIGHTEEN (18), YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO USE THE SERVICE.

The products, information, content, and claims made on opositiv.pk or through customer service channels are provided for general informational and educational purposes only. 3. Account Access & Security

To access certain features or complete purchases, you may be required to register an account.

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and checkout.

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account details (including your password) and for all activities that occur under your account.

  • You must notify us immediately at hello@opositiv.pk of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

  • We reserve the right to disable or terminate any account or username at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated any provision of these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and all of its contents—including text, graphics, product descriptions, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, software, and brand names (e.g., O POSITIV, FLO, GTFO, RETRO, DISCO, GOGO)—are the exclusive property of O Positiv or its licensors and are protected under Pakistani and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Content on opositiv.pk for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or resell any Content or products obtained from the Service without our prior written consent.

5. Products, Pricing, & Orders

Pricing & Currency All product prices listed on opositiv.pk are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices, product offerings, or specifications at any time without prior notice.

Order Acceptance & Errors

  • Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell.

  • We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product descriptions, stock unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity, or unauthorized reselling.

  • In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and offer you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it.

Reselling Restrictions Reselling O Positiv products purchased from opositiv.pk on third-party e-commerce platforms, marketplaces (e.g., Daraz, social media storefronts), or offline retail stores without our explicit written permission is strictly prohibited.

6. Payment Methods

We accept payments through the following methods in Pakistan:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for delivery across most regions in Pakistan. You agree to provide the exact invoice amount in PKR to the courier agent upon delivery.

  • Online Payment Gateways: Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard) and supported digital wallets/bank transfers via our secure third-party payment gateways.

7. Subscriptions & Recurring Deliveries

If subscription or recurring delivery options are made available on opositiv.pk:

  • Automatic Renewal: By choosing a recurring subscription, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to recurringly charge your payment method at the agreed intervals (e.g., monthly, bi-monthly) until cancelled.

  • Cancellation Policy: You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time by logging into your opositiv.pk account under "Manage Subscriptions" or by contacting hello@opositiv.pk before your next scheduled billing date.

8. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery Locations: Deliveries are handled by third-party courier services (e.g., TCS, CallCourier, Leopard, Trax) across Pakistan.

  • Delivery Timeline: Standard delivery times range between 2 to 7 business days, depending on your city/location. Delays caused by weather, road conditions, public holidays, or courier disruptions are beyond our control.

  • Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the package to your specified address.

  • Refused Deliveries: Frequent refusal of Cash on Delivery (COD) packages without valid cause may result in blacklisting or the permanent disabling of COD payment options for your account.

9. Refunds & Guarantee Policy

We offer a 30-Day Happiness Guarantee for first-time orders on opositiv.pk:

  • Eligibility: If you are unsatisfied with your first purchase, you may request a refund within thirty (30) days of receiving your first order.

  • Coverage: Refunds apply to the price paid for up to two (2) bottles/units. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Process: To request a refund, contact us at hello@opositiv.pk with your order number and details. Refunds for online card payments will be processed back to the original card; COD refunds will be issued via bank transfer or mobile wallet (JazzCash/Easypaisa) as agreed.

10. SMS, WhatsApp, & Direct Marketing

By providing your phone number and opting in via checkout or registration, you consent to receive order updates, delivery notifications, and promotional messages via SMS or WhatsApp.

  • Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.

  • Standard messaging and data rates from your local telecom provider may apply.

  • You can opt out of promotional communications at any time by replying "STOP" or clicking the unsubscribe link provided in our messages.

11. User Submissions & Content

Any product reviews, comments, feedback, or suggestions submitted by you on opositiv.pk or via our social media pages become the property of O Positiv. We reserve the right to edit, publish, or use your public reviews and comments for promotional purposes without compensation.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws of Pakistan, O Positiv, its directors, officers, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, use of, or inability to use the Service or products purchased through the Service.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless O Positiv and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lahore, Pakistan.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to opositiv.pk with the revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the website following any changes signifies your acceptance of the new Terms.
